Thermoforming machine MAT-150FFS 4 "MultiPack" is a multifunctional thermoforming machine allows you to work in several different ways, including using a material plug assist for the production of blisters with increased rigidity.

 

Thermoforming machine MAT-150FFS 4 "MultiPack" in it's basic configuration allows you:

  • production of blisters with cutting by contour (simple or complex shapes), trays, Clamshell blister packaging. A Clamshell is a one piece container consisting of two halves joined by a hinge area which allows the structure to come together to close. Clamshells are usually made of a shaped plastic material, in a way that is similar to a blister pack. The name of the clamshell is taken from the shell of a clam, which it resembles both in form and function;
  • production of a blister package (with the function of welding blister by roll cover material - foil, laminated paper, multilayer films etc.)

 

Base model advanced options (are not included into the price of the basic configuration):

  • Carton cards extracting and stacking unit: in-line, allows you to produce a blister package with the following welding by the cover material - carton cards.
  • Tri edge blister folding unit: in-line, allows you to produce a blister with three-sided folded edges.
  • Stacking unit for formed products: in-line, designed for counting and stacking comleted blisters.
  • Electronic dater: in-line, allows you to label your package.
