Quite often it is necessary to slit roll materials (PS, OPS, PVC, PET) of a large width into rolls of a smaller width, so we offer a slitting machine ПА-600/4.

ПА-600/4 SLITTING AND REWINDING MACHINE

It is designed for automatic slitting of plastic film rolls PVC, PP, PS, OPS, PET into rolls of a smaller width.

1. Electric drive.

2. Average power consumption – 3.5 kW.

3. Maximum rewind roll diameter – 540 mm.

4. Cutting speed – up to 1 m/s depending on the material thickness and type.

5. Maximum parent roll width – 600 mm.

6. Films thickness – 0.2 – 1.0 mm.

7. Roll cardboard core inner diameter – 76 mm.

8. Number of cuts:

– up to 3 on films with the thickness of up to 0.6 mm;

– 1 cut on films with the thickness from 0.7 to 1.0 mm.
