Thermoforming packaging line of “MultiPack“ series, model MAT-150FFS with blisters forming function from roll film, filling blisters followed by welding with the cover material and the contour cutting.

Purpose - MAT-150FFS model allows you to pack efficiently and profitably a wide range of products, including groceries, industrial and consumer goods, medical supplies.

 MAT-150FFS equipment list according to basic configuration:

  • film roll unwinder;
  • heating unit;
  • forming unit;
  • operator-stacker workplace (packing goods in a blister performed manually);
  • unwinding cover material unit;
  • welding unit;
  • supply unit;
  • contour cutting unit;
  • output tray;
  • control panel, pneumatic panel.

All components are set on a overall frame; all operations except packing goods in a blister, are performed automatically.

Further provided options aren’t included in basic equipment configuration price and are supplied according to technical project that was agreed with the customer:

  • molded plastic material punch device (is set in a forming unit and provided for the blisters, that required forming material pre-stretch);
  • installation of the coating material unit (cardboard or plastic cards);
  • dater
  • goods-by-piece stacker into a blister

“MultiPack” series thermoformers can be made according to individual technical project for solving your own production problems.
