MultiForm is a series of multi-node thermoforming equipment, created on the basis of the servo motors. Model MAT-500MM MultiForm stands out becouse of its performance and versatility while maintaining good repeatability of manufactured products. Servos used in the model MAT-500MM MultiForm provide high speed, accuracy and high efficiency on all cycles.
Comparing with the previous generation of equipment (Universal series), the cycle speed can be increased by 30% - 40% while maintaining the quality of manufactured products. This makes it possible to significantly reduce production costs per unit of output.
The Universal series equipment makes it possible to produce virtually an unlimited range of plastic packaging using the positive and negative plug-assist (mechanical) forming and punching with cutting (band) dies. Thus, the plug-assist forming and the punching of plastic parts processes are performed as a single complete operation
Manufactured products: cups, jars, lids, trays, plates, chocolate trays, cake domes, salad bowls, ice-cream bowls, lunch boxes, egg trays, microcontainers, blister packages.
Used tooling: combined negative, positive-negative QMM moulds (Quick Make Mould), combined with the cutting (band) dies system using the plug-assist unit (premolding) of molded material.

Updating (June, 2010): Using of double-way feed circuits of pneumatic actuators on the basis of the modern air boxes connected according to a cost-effective scheme allowed to reduce by 23% the compressed air consumption by the thermoforming equipment in the UNIVERSAL series. New pneumatic circuits allow to save on reducing of energy consumption by compressors to several thousand Euros per year for each unit of this series.
The Norma series equipment is a small-sized economical automatic thermoformers quickly reconfigurable for the production of a range of plastic packaging. The forming and punching processes are performed as a single complete operation.
Manufactured products: cake domes, salad bowls, trays, microcontainers, chocolate trays, blister packages.
Used tooling: negative duralumin moulds without plug-assist, with the QMM cutting band dies system.
Additional equipment: the Norma series can be equipped with the end products stacker.

The Optima series equipment is designed for the blister package manufacturing (MAT-150SHV, MAT-300SHV), as well as for microcontainers, lodgments, lunch boxes, egg trays, plates, chocolate trays (MAT-500SHV).
The forming and punching processes are performed separately (forming followed by feeding of molded products into a punching unit; punching) in automatic mode.

MAT-300PN Diapazon is designed mainly for the production of highly engineered blister packaging: blister with locks, lock folding box, blister of high rigidity, blister with punching, double-sided blister, etc. Trays, lunch boxes and pallets can also be produced using this model.
The forming and punching processes are performed separately and sequentially in automatic mode. The equipment makes it possible to operate in three modes: negative molding, positive-negative molding and positive molding. If necessary, the plug-assist system can be mounted.
Used tooling: duralumin negative moulds including the plug-assist system and the punching die (cutting dies).

The Status series thermoforming equipment is focused on enterprises with a continuous production process of similar products; mainly it is manufacturers of disposable tableware (cups, plates, jars and lids for dairy industry).
