Light duralumin moulds are used on the "Alpha" series equipment for the manufacturing blister packaging trays and chocolate trays, made of such materials: PS, PVC, PET, OPS.

Since 1997 «Термопак» develops and manufactures combined moulds (shift dies).

Combined multiple cavity moulds – dies are designed to operate as a part of automatic thermal vacuum forming machines of the following models: СТА-250; СТА-500ПП; СТА-500К.

Moulds – dies are usually used for the manufacturing a large amount of similar products (cups, jars, trays, plates) made of the following materials: PP, PS, PET, PVC, PET/PE, PVC/PE.

When making the moulds of this type high-quality tool steel is used; in terms of manufacturing these moulds are made with high allowances in crucial construct elements.

Our experience allows us to develop and manufacture such moulds – dies with high-quality not only for our equipment but also for foreign thermoforming equipment, both new and used, restored.

We develop, manufacture and deliver dies and moulds on the territory of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Baltic States, Kazakhstan.

Still at the development stage of a number of models of automatic thermoforming equipment we set ourselves the task to equip our thermoforming machines with quick-manufactured low-cost moulds. That's why since 2006 we offer you the class QMM moulds (Quick Make Mould) forUniversal и Norma series thermoforming equipment.

QMM moulds are combined moulds with cutting-out. Steel band knives (cutting dies) are used as a punching tool unlike the combined moulds (shift dies). For this very reason this mould class is much cheaper and faster in the manufacturing process.

Moulds can be used both with the plug-assist (mechanical) premolding of molded material and without it depending on the molded product shape.

Depending on the material type (PET, PVC, PP, PS, OPS) the operation life of cutting dies in QMM moulds ranges from 600 ... 800 thousand cycles to several million cycles. Cutting dies are quickly to change, if they need to be replaced they are removed and in their place new ones are installed. The cost of the cutting dies set for one mould is 25 ... 150 US dollars. The manufacturing period of a cutting dies set is 3 ... 5 days.
