Automatic thermoforming equipment СТА-500ВПС Universal
An automatic line СТА-500ВПС Universal allows to produce by the thermoforming of roll material EPS trays, pallets, substrates made of foam polystyrene which are widely used for packaging of various food products, convenience foods, etc.

Operation scheme:
Roll unwinding –> preheating with infrared ceramic heaters on the top and at the bottom –> cut-in-place forming of products –> removal of the molded products by the manipulator into stacks –> cutting of tape waste with an automatic knife into segments.
Operated by one operator.
