Automatic thermoforming machine

СТА-500К is a multi-purpose automatic thermoforming line which provides a particularly high hourly efficiency while manufacturing sophisticated products (lunch boxes, snack boxes, closing trays, lids of complicated configuration) in large amount.

The operation scheme of this model is separate forming and punching, stacking and counting of finished products in automatic mode.

Placing the products in the mould in several rows allows to use to the maximum the forming area and allows to reduce the waste percentage.

Punched products are automatically fed from the punching tool up into the stacking unit. The number of finished products is counted and every 50 or 100 cycles (at your option) alarms an audible signal.

All this ensures a high comfort in the equipment control.

СТА-250 – is a thermoforming machine of the light class designed for the production of various products made of PS, PET, PVC roll materials (disposable tableware, trays, lids, microcontainers, cups, jars).

In this model tool change that is lightweight and compact is maximally simplified. As a tool combined moulds–dies are used.

The forming area of 265х350 mm and the maximum forming depth of 120 mm allow to manufacture practically the whole range of disposable tableware and packaging.
