АШ-500 is designed for molded products stacking into the stacks (trays, microcontainers, salad bowls, plates, jars, chocolate trays, blister packages, etc.).

The versatile АШ-500 stacking conveyor can be supplied to the СТА-500СВ «Universal» thermoformer model, СТА-500М and operate automatically after inclusion into the overall cyclogram of equipment.
АШ-500 is interesting because it can be used to work with multi-row moulds.

АШ-95 is an automatic stacker adjustable to different product diameters (a cup, a jar the depth of which is greater than the diameter at a ratio of no less than 2:1). This stacker operates in line with the thermoforming equipment as СТА-250, СТА-500, СТА-500ПП, СТА-500СВ, СТА-500М as well as the imported thermoforming equipment ILLIG, MEAF and similar to it.
The АШ-95 device allows to work with the thermoforming equipment running on multi-row moulds that allows you to increase the equipment capacity.
