Automatic thermoforming machine СТА-500ШВ. Optima model

Purpose: manufacturing of cake domes, closing boxes, chocolate trays, trays and blister packages.

Specimens of the package that can be formed on the model СТА-500ШВ:

Operation scheme: material feed (from the reel), heating, forming with or without plug-assist premolding, feed of the molded product into the punching unit, shape punching (with band knives), removal of cut products from the punching unit, waste winding.

Forming tooling: duralumin negative moulds with the plug-assist (deep) forming as well as forming of positives with the height of up to 8 mm.

Punching tooling: cutting dies bent according to the desired shape.

Cooling – running water with the temperature of no more than 24°C Capacity – up to 25 cycles per minute depending on the type of manufactured products and the material thickness for PVC, PS, PET. Capacity – from 8 to 15 cycles per minute depending on the type of manufactured products and the material thickness for PP. Maximum product dimensions (after punching) – 285х400 mm. Maximum forming depth – to 130 mm. Used films PP, PVC-GOST 25250-88, PS-GOST 12998-85,PET. Film thickness 0.2-0.6 mm depending on the product configuration and the material type. Maximum roll weight – 200 kg. Pneumatic equipment of the «CAMOZZI» company. Equipment weight is no more than 1800 kg. Overall dimensions (including unwinding unit) – no more than 6400х1600х2000mm. СТА-500ШВ is operated by one operator. Manufacturing period is 4 months.
