СТА-150УП

Automatic rotary packaging line

It is designed for packaging a large amount of piece goods into a blister and it operates as follows: blister feed from a storage unit into a moving lodgement, product feed into a blister, placing of a cardboard label on a blister shape, welding of a blister card to a blister part, removal of a finished package to the delivery tray. All the above mentioned operations are carried out automatically. It can be manufactured in the configuration (manual packaging of goods into a blister). In this case all the other machine functions are maintained. It is a СТА-150УП1 model and it is operated by one packaging operator.

Specifications of the СТА-150УП basic model

  3. Electric power supply: 220 V, 50 Hz (1-phase).
  4. Maximum power consumption: 3 kW.
  5. Drive type – pneumatic actuator.
  6. Operating air pressure – 0.4…0.6 MPa. Quality class - 7…8 (in system).
  7. Air consumption, no more than 0.3 m3/min.
  8. Overall dimensions, no more than 2800х2000х1200mm.
  9. Weight, no more than 1800 kg.
  10. Pneumatic units - «Camozzi», Italy or «FESTO», Germany.
  11. Controller - «Mitsubishi».
  12. Capacity – up to 20 cycles/min. Per cycle several items can be packed simultaneously depending on how many items can be placed in a manufacturing lodgement.
  13. Type of products to be packed – a customer specifies.
  14. Used blister – in accordance with the engineering documentation (agreed by the Parties additionally).

  16. Safety requirements in accordance with GOST (State Standard) 12.3.020-80, SNiP (Building code) 2.09.02.85 and PUE (National Electrical Code).

СТА-150УП is reconfigured from one manufactured product to another one.
